Is this an online store — do customers pay through it?

No. AdNeed is a catalog, not a checkout. Customers browse and shortlist products, then message you on WhatsApp to actually order — you handle payment and delivery exactly as you do today.

Do my customers need to download an app or create an account?

No. Your portfolio is a normal web link. Nobody needs to sign up, log in, or install anything to browse it.

What happens when my free trial ends?

If you don't upgrade, your account moves to a restricted state — your data is never deleted, but your portfolio and dashboard access are limited until you subscribe to a plan.

Can I make my portfolio match my brand?

Yes — colours, fonts and themes are yours to set, at a level of customization that depends on your plan. Your portfolio never looks like it's "wearing" AdNeed's own branding.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Tap "Upgrade" in your dashboard — it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to us. We confirm payment with you directly and activate your new plan by hand, usually within the same day.

What if I outgrow my plan's product or image limit?

You'll see your usage right in the dashboard before you hit the limit, with an upgrade prompt. Existing products and images are always safe — limits only stop you adding more until you upgrade.
